How do I receive payments?
Payments are received instantly in your account in Stripe and sent to your bank account at your preffered time. Stripe is a large global payment service provider that helps you manage transactions in a secure and legal way. If Stripe isn't in your country yet - reach out! We'll find a way for you!
Do I need new hardware or staff training?
Just a phone/tablet(that you probably have already). Everything is handled digitally. The staff onboarding takes 5 minutes. It's that simple.
What if a gift is never redeemed?
You keep the money.
Do I upload the whole menu?
We upload your menu the first time and share insights on how to make it look better on BEVUP.
I change my menu a lot. Is that a problem?
Not a problem! Changing menu's in BEVUP is easy. Updating an item takes seconds.
What if a gifted product is out of stock?
It happens to the best of us. If a prepaid item is unavailable, offer the guest something of equal value. You keep the money and your guest leaves happy.
How do I verify gifts?
Simply by scanning with the BEVUP Places app. You also have a full history of gifted items. There is no way to cheat the system.
