Welcome to BEVUP, a platform that enables users to gift drinks to others regardless of physical distance. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Definitions

– “App”: The BEVUP mobile application and website.
– “User”: Any individual who uses the app.
– “Recipient”: The individual receiving the gifted drink.
– “Gifter”: The individual sending the gifted drink.
– “Place”: The establishment providing the drinks.

3. Use of the App

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
– Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the app.
– Users agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Account Registration

Users must create an account to use the app. Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
– Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.
– Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

5. Gifting Drinks

Users can purchase drinks as gifts for recipients through the app.
– Once a drink is ordered, the Gifter will be able to gift it to the Receiver as a digital voucher by at least one of the following:
    – Sending it as an image file (representing a voucher) outside of the app
    – Sending it as a Digital Wallet downloadable pass/voucher.
    – Sending it as a digital item within the BEVUP platform.
– All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Places Responsibility

Places are responsible for honoring the gifted drinks and providing them in accordance with the app’s terms.
– Places must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

7. Payments

Users must provide valid payment information to purchase drinks as gifts.
– All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. BEVUP does not store payment information.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the app to send inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful messages.
– Users agree not to interfere with the operation of the app or its services.

9. Limitation of Liability

BEVUP is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the app.
– BEVUP is not responsible for the actions of vendors or the quality of the drinks provided.

10. Privacy

BEVUP collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
– Users agree to the collection and use of their information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

BEVUP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
– Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

BEVUP may terminate or suspend a user’s account at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria..
– Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
